Financial Assistance and Scholarships

Player Financial Assistance Program


Since 1979, the Bethlehem Soccer Club has been dedicated to teaching, promoting, and sharing the love of soccer with youth in our community. We firmly believe that financial limitations should never prevent a child from stepping onto the pitch.

To support our families, the club offers a need-based Player Financial Assistance Program designed to offset registration fees so every player has a chance to play, grow, and thrive.


Program Details & Eligibility

Financial assistance is available for players participating in the following club programs:


  • Recreation Leagues


  • Full Year Academy (U8–U10 and U12–U19 age groups)


  • Spring Only Academy Option (U8–U19 age groups)
Please Note: Financial assistance applies strictly to registration fees. Families remain responsible for additional team expenses, including uniforms, tournament registrations, school gym rentals, and winter indoor soccer leagues.

How to Apply

To be considered for a scholarship, please download and complete the Scholarship Application Form attached below.

The application committee evaluates requests holistically based on the following information provided in your application:


  • Financial Details: The specific dollar amount your family can contribute and the total assistance requested.


  • Household Overview: Your gross family income bracket and household size (number of adults and children).


  • Statement of Need: A brief written explanation detailing the reason for your request.


  • Supporting Documentation: Any relevant documentation supporting your current circumstances, such as recent changes in employment status, medical hardships, etc.


  • Requests for financial aid can also be made in Playmetrics Registration
